With over 10 years of hands-on experience inside Jimmy John's stores, I’ve grown from a Crew Member to District Manager overseeing 23 locations and now own 5 locations myself. I have worked in every position within a Jimmy Johns restaurant. I have continued to successfully implement my systems to smoothen operations, increase sales and profits, and reduce turnover and leadership friction. These systems were built from real-world experience, refined in the field, proven at scale, and designed to make stores run cleaner, calmer, and more profitably.
